The problem
Synxa needed a structured internship platform for EdTech — 4-week programs, weekly sections, task delivery, GitHub submission tracking — and a full enterprise hiring system, all built simultaneously.
The hiring system required department hierarchy management, job board and draft board workflows, batch candidate processing, AI resume shortlisting, and a fully autonomous interview engine. No SaaS tool offered all of this together.
What we built
The internship platform lets companies host structured 4-week programs. Each week has sections. Each section has tasks. Tasks can have assignments submitted via GitHub integration. Progress is tracked end to end.
The hiring platform handles the full enterprise workflow — departments, job boards, draft boards, live job postings, applications, batch candidate management, and AI-powered shortlisting that ranks every candidate against the job automatically.
